How do I buy from Dronomo?
Tap “Save to My List” on any product, then send your list with your name, email and phone. A Dronomo expert contacts you to confirm the price, availability and pickup or delivery. Nothing is charged online.
Can I pick up in store?
Yes. Our store is at 9769 1/2 Long Point Rd, Houston, TX 77055, near Memorial City Mall. Open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
What types of smartphones do you repair?
We repair smartphones from all major brands, including Apple, Samsung, Motorola, Huawei, Nokia, HTC and more.
Can I get a deal on multiple repairs or products?
Yes. Call us or add a note to your list describing everything you need, and we will see what we can offer.
Can I bring in a device I tried to repair myself?
Yes. You can walk in with the device or mail it to us for diagnosis or repair.
What should I do if my device got wet?
Keep it powered off and bring it in the same day or the next day for the best chance of repair. If you cannot come in right away, let it dry first.
How long do water damage repairs take?
Usually 24 to 72 hours, depending on the damage. Logic board and component damage can take longer.
Do you repair drones out of warranty?
Yes. We accept DJI and other drones whose warranty has expired. Diagnostics are $50 and that amount is applied to your repair.
